In the 24th minute Primitivo Bazkoare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Misael Viya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patricio Reno came out of the goal and Candido Txilar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Junín defense, Carolo Oxel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Misael Viya. The Junín fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Misael Viya should have stopped the shot. Alfredo Semeno kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Misael Viya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carolo Oxel went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 86th match minute, Junín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Delfino to maneuver through the defense. Carolo Oxel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Misael Viya having to interfere. Primitivo Bazkoare was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Villa Castells walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
