After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Claudio Tab managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alpachiri FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Claudio Tab was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gonzalo Harkaitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.Los Gurisee's zone, Antonio Timo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gonzalo Harkaitz came out of the goal and Antonio Timo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Antonio Timo came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Alpachiri FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Timo couldn't finish the play. After 39 played minutes Alpachiri FC got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Timo. Eustacio Seguinus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Urtungo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eustacio Seguinus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florencio Neron in the 47th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Mariano Urtungo made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Alpachiri FC got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Rios.
