Spectators: 7232 (Terracing: 5426, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Isidoro Jacindo kicked off to start the match. Alpachiri FC's Eustacio Seguinus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Videl in the 4th minute of play. After some careless play in the Uspallata AFC defense, Claudio Tab kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Omar Elija. The Uspallata AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Omar Elija should have stopped the shot. Prospero Piarres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Omar Elija tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Isidoro Jacindo took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Eustacio Seguinus to make any attempt to save it. In the 23rd match minute, Alpachiri FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorato Galo to maneuver through the defense. Omar Elija came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Alpachiri FC's Claudio Tab. But to his dismay, Claudio Tab quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Eustacio Seguinus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camilo Cordera in the 35th minute of the match. After 39 played minutes, Uspallata AFC's Silvano Gaur shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eustacio Seguinus came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Uspallata AFC reached it. Claudio Tab received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Omar Elija tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudio Tab might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Omar Elija. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudio Tab ran back to his position shaking his head. Jorge Videl's late challenge caught a Alpachiri FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorge Videl helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th match minute, Uspallata AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Videl to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudio Tab was the one to do the kick off. Bartolo Fiz might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eustacio Seguinus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bartolo Fiz ran back to his position shaking his head. Isidoro Jacindo succeeded in the game's 55th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Alpachiri FC's zone, Isidoro Jacindo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eustacio Seguinus came out of the goal and Isidoro Jacindo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alpachiri FC's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 62nd minute of the game, when Claudio Tab after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Uspallata AFC's goal. Claudio Tab was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Omar Elija made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudio Tab in the 71st minute. Claudio Tab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eustacio Seguinus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Fiz in the 76th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Isidoro Jacindo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uspallata AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidoro Jacindo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eustacio Seguinus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Uspallata AFC's Omar Elija got control of the ball when Claudio Tab tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Jorge Videl was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 81 minutes had been played. A collision led to Uspallata AFC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Jorge Videl hit a great ball. Alpachiri FC's Prospero Piarres got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Claudio Tab blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Omar Elija having to make a save. The supporters of Alpachiri FC booed when Uspallata AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingo Peruanton didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uspallata AFC's goalkeeper Omar Elija, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Claudio Tab recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Uspallata AFC's Bartolo Fiz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eustacio Seguinus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Alpachiri FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
