In the 38th minute Delmar Cruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonzalo Harkaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julian Eguzki hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Gonzalo Harkaitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmar Cruz in the 43rd minute of the match. The supporters of Sportivo Backyardigans booed when C.A.Los Gurisee was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascual Savion didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sportivo Backyardigans's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.Los Gurisee the free kick. Bruno Clemencin kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Florencio Neron blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcial Mino having to make a save. C.A.Los Gurisee's Florencio Neron suffered a sore thigh after 96 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 97th minute, Eriberto Acevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcial Mino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Urtungo went, in the 98th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The Sportivo Backyardigans players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
