Spectators: 7227 (Terracing: 5422, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) Javier Evarado started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 5 minutes, Baltasar Elixio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yeruá and the Guernica FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Yeruá's Baltasar Elixio got a free kick in the 5th minute. Teodoro Lidon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Fabricio Gelmiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Guernica FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Teo Flores hit a great ball. When Yeruá's Javier Evarado in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Guernica FC's goalie prevented a goal. Anacleto Cefero struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Arnulfo Lope didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yeruá. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teodoro Lidon during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Guernica FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Teodoro Lidon hit a great ball. During the 25th minute of the match Baltasar Elixio completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Baltasar Elixio a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Yeruá's Baltasar Elixio got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 30th minute, Guernica FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Anacleto Cefero fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Braulio Tabb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Braulio Tabb recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teodoro Lidon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Fabricio Gelmiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teodoro Lidon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Teo Flores got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anacleto Cefero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teodoro Lidon might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabricio Gelmiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teodoro Lidon ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 75 minutes, Teo Flores managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guernica FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teo Flores was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute, Teo Flores got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Teo Flores sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute Teodoro Lidon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabricio Gelmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Guernica FC's Teo Flores sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabricio Gelmiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fabricio Gelmiro made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Teodoro Lidon sent off a good shot on target. Teo Flores sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodoro Lidon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Fabricio Gelmiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guernica FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
