After a rather tough play, Pinito F.C.'s Augusto Fliz got a free kick in the 20th minute. Eugenio Hurko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerardo Jaunzuria in the 23rd minute of the match. Basilio Natanael's late challenge caught a Pinito F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Basilio Natanael helped the player get up and apologised. With his leg Eugenio Hurko managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Pinito F.C.'s Felix Gaitano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Eugenio Hurko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fidel Raebert in the 32nd minute. Pinito F.C.'s Fidel Raebert broke free in the 35th minute of the match and struck a powerful long shot that almost became a goal, but instead the ball went outside the right post. An obvious chance of a goal. Eugenio Hurko made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Felix Gaitano sent off a good shot on target. Pincha FC's Eugenio Hurko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Pincha FC from getting a goal against them. Felix Gaitano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Eugenio Hurko made a huge save. A collision led to Pincha FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Reynaldo Aimar hit a great ball. Mauricio Markel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basilio Natanael, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. A collision led to Pinito F.C. getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Gerardo Jaunzuria hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Felix Gaitano made a kick off. If Felix Gaitano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Hurko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Gaitano in the 57th minute of play. Felix Gaitano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Hurko having to interfere. Eugenio Hurko came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Pinito F.C.'s Felix Gaitano. But to his dismay, Felix Gaitano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basilio Natanael in the 70th minute of play forced Pinito F.C.'s goalkeeper Mauricio Markel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Basilio Natanael fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Mauricio Markel, passed just outside the right post. A throw-in in the 74th minute of the game was made by Paolo Gaizkine with Gerardo Jaunzuria as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With 75 minutes on the clock, Fulgencio Galsino commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 76 played minutes Pinito F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Galsino. In the 77th minute, Basilio Natanael sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pinito F.C.'s Mauricio Markel didn't even have to move. 80 minutes into the match, Pinito F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Basilio Natanael came free, but Mauricio Markel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pincha FC's Reynaldo Aimar quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Paolo Gaizkine, made in the 86th minute of the game. Mauricio Markel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basilio Natanael, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 90th minute, one of Pinito F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pinito F.C.. Pinito F.C.:s Mauricio Markel showed great skill when he stopped Basilio Natanael:s penalty. Basilio Natanael took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauricio Markel. Mauricio Markel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The Pincha FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Pinito F.C. from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
