Spectators: 6733 (Terracing: 5325, Seating: 1266, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mateo Nesor started the match with the kick off. Abelardo Roderigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Nesor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Espeleta FC's Cornelio Rosario got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 29th minute Mateo Nesor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Roderigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mateo Nesor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Nesor in the 37th minute of play forced SASTRE A.E.'s goalkeeper Abelardo Roderigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Cornelio Rosario managed to get in a good position for a shot. Espeleta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cornelio Rosario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Roderigo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cornelio Rosario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Abelardo Roderigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roman Azibar kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Igor Musko lost his temper 46 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SASTRE A.E.! The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roman Azibar was the one to do the kick off. Mateo Nesor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Abelardo Roderigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Espeleta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mateo Nesor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Espeleta FC's goalkeeper Arnulfo Guillerme had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roman Azibar. In the 68th match minute, Espeleta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltasar Ferrando to maneuver through the defense. SASTRE A.E.'s Abelardo Roderigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Nesor in the 73rd minute of play. If Roman Azibar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 79 minutes, Cornelio Rosario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Espeleta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cornelio Rosario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mateo Nesor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Abelardo Roderigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cornelio Rosario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Roderigo having to interfere. Abelardo Roderigo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mateo Nesor went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Mateo Nesor struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Abelardo Roderigo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Espeleta FC. When Cornelio Rosario came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Espeleta FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cornelio Rosario couldn't finish the play. Celestino Ruy charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celestino Ruy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SASTRE A.E. booed when Espeleta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celestino Ruy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roman Azibar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Espeleta FC had won after a very even match.
