The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. James Beike charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed James Beike the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. James Beike kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Arnoldo Etxepare made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 7thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Casimiro Kimetz would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Dionisio Iyan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Obeko having to interfere. After 14 minutes, Dionisio Iyan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CA MATIENZO and the Maciá players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 14th match minute, CA MATIENZO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dionisio Iyan to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute of the match, Arnoldo Etxepare got a very nice opportunity to score, but Casimiro Kimetz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Casimiro Kimetz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 王辰阳, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeremias Obeko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Peruanton in the 19th minute of play. Arnoldo Etxepare could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Casimiro Kimetz made a huge save. Casimiro Kimetz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans Čevela in the 27th minute of the match. Arnoldo Etxepare recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Casimiro Kimetz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Čevela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeremias Obeko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasio Txurio, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arnoldo Etxepare was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Arnoldo Etxepare's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Casimiro Kimetz was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 54th minute 王辰阳 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Kimetz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Casimiro Kimetz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnoldo Etxepare went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. CA MATIENZO's Casimiro Kimetz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans Čevela in the 68th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, 王辰阳 notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of CA MATIENZO's Casimiro Kimetz. Casimiro Kimetz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Flavio Amato's late challenge caught a Maciá's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Flavio Amato helped the player get up and apologised. Casimiro Kimetz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnoldo Etxepare, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Casimiro Kimetz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hans Čevela's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. A collision led to CA MATIENZO getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Anastasio Txurio hit a great ball. When Arnoldo Etxepare came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Maciá fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnoldo Etxepare couldn't finish the play. When Dionisio Iyan was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 88 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, CA MATIENZO's Dionisio Iyan got a free kick in the 89th minute. Arnoldo Etxepare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hans Čevela's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Casimiro Kimetz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Maciá walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
