Filiberto Felipillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Nabar having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruben Alonso got free with Eduardo Nabar in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Velez Sarsfield's Anibal Chale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Leguizamón in the 14th minute of play. Paolo Piarres's late challenge caught a ♥ Legendary ғorze™ ♥'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paolo Piarres helped the player get up and apologised. Paolo Piarres kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. ♥ Legendary ғorze™ ♥ were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Velez Sarsfield's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Baldomero Bingen took the corner. After taking down the ball on ♥ Legendary ғorze™ ♥'s corner Baldomero Bingen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anibal Chale quite easily take care of the ball. Velez Sarsfield's Ruben Alonso got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. ♥ Legendary ғorze™ ♥'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Filiberto Felipillo scored to the left of an out of position Eduardo Nabar, making the score, 1-0. If Filiberto Felipillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agustin Orlin kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Ruben Alonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in ♥ Legendary ғorze™ ♥'s zone, Filiberto Felipillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Nabar came out of the goal and Filiberto Felipillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th match minute, ♥ Legendary ғorze™ ♥ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by German Tajo to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 45 minutes, Ruben Alonso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Velez Sarsfield's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruben Alonso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute, Filiberto Felipillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Everardo Leguizamón made the kick off in the second half. Anibal Chale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benjamin Txaran in the 58th minute. Filiberto Felipillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, Godfredo Terciero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind ♥ Legendary ғorze™ ♥'s goalkeeper Eduardo Nabar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Everardo Leguizamón had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruben Alonso scored 2-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eduardo Nabar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 84 minutes ♥ Legendary ғorze™ ♥'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ruperto Min who took care of the corner kick. Ruperto Min made a great header on Velez Sarsfield's corner, it was just that ♥ Legendary ғorze™ ♥'s Eduardo Nabar managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 88th minute, Ruben Alonso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benjamin Txaran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Anibal Chale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruben Alonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Velez Sarsfield's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
