Hugo Naike showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Maidana, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. With his leg Bruno Nalo managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Chovet FC's Celso Rufio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Celso Rufio to make the kick off. Hugo Naike made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severino Firme in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes into the game, Arnoldo Dalmai was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chovet FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brete the free kick. After 73 played minutes Chovet FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnoldo Dalmai. In the 93rdth minute of the game Celso Rufio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brete's Bruno Nalo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute, Fabricio Bonadona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chovet FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
