With his leg Eulalio Canor managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when Saynatsalo FC's Pascual Checa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Líbano booed when Saynatsalo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Bernat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvestre Cristofol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justo Ignazio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Cleto Txema came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Saynatsalo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cleto Txema couldn't finish the play. 13 minutes into the match, Líbano's goalkeeper Eulalio Canor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cleto Txema. When Saynatsalo FC's Pascual Checa in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a little luck, Líbano's Eulalio Canor got control of the ball when Marcial Hartz tried to sneak it across the goal line. 48 minutes into the game, Pascual Checa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eulalio Canor. Pascual Checa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pascual Checa to strike the kick off in the second half. Eulalio Canor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cleto Txema's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. If Amadeo Gudesteo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Amadeo Gudesteo made a precise shot to the right of Eulalio Canor. Líbano's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 66thth minute of the game Pascual Checa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Líbano's Eulalio Canor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Líbano's zone, Pascual Checa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eulalio Canor came out of the goal and Pascual Checa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th minute, Pascual Checa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saynatsalo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Cleto Txema struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Eulalio Canor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saynatsalo FC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cleto Txema in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eulalio Canor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pascual Checa scored 6-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eulalio Canor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabio Valery in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eulalio Canor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eulalio Canor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Txema in the 89th minute of play. Marcial Hartz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eulalio Canor having to make a save. Eulalio Canor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Valery in the 95th minute of play. Saynatsalo FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
