Spectators: 7235 (Terracing: 5428, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) Maderas AFC's Juan Ponciano started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Mauricio Oriche fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Victoriano Leoiar, passed just outside the right post. Mauricio Oriche succeeded in the game's 8th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Anibal Urdaspal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Laurgain in the 11th minute of play. Juan Ponciano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anibal Urdaspal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Ponciano in the 23rd minute of the match. Anibal Urdaspal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Ponciano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leopoldo Llorian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Leoiar having to interfere. The supporters of Maderas AFC booed when Calmucó was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Inguma didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leopoldo Llorian got free with Victoriano Leoiar in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mauricio Oriche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the match, Maderas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Oriche came free, but Victoriano Leoiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Benigno Hermon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maderas AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Calmucó the free kick. After 41 played minutes Maderas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Benigno Hermon. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Gaston Laurgain managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maderas AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaston Laurgain was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anibal Urdaspal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, Maderas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Oriche came free, but Victoriano Leoiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leopoldo Llorian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Victoriano Leoiar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaston Laurgain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Urdaspal having to interfere. After having played for 67 minutes, Nicanor Gaur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maderas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicanor Gaur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Maderas AFC's Juan Ponciano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anibal Urdaspal. That made the score 2-1 after 68 minutes of play. Leopoldo Llorian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Leoiar having to interfere. After 76 minutes, Leopoldo Llorian made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Maderas AFC's Victoriano Leoiar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Leopoldo Llorian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victoriano Leoiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Oriche, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Oriche in the 88th minute of play forced Maderas AFC's goalkeeper Victoriano Leoiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Mauricio Oriche came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Calmucó fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauricio Oriche couldn't finish the play. Victoriano Leoiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Llorian in the 94th minute of play. Calmucó's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
