Spectators: 7080 (Terracing: 5419, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vinicio Paskal started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Laurendi in the 3rd minute of play forced Hercules Fc's goalkeeper Mateo Marz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute Vinicio Paskal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Nabar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Poderoso Gael's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Paskal came free, but Melquiades Nabar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Placido Vedillo, 17 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Luis Roldanillo hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Venancio Laurendi took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateo Marz. Mateo Marz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Venancio Laurendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 41 played minutes, Poderoso Gael's Remigio Nikola shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mateo Marz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Poderoso Gael reached it. Venancio Laurendi struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Mateo Marz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Poderoso Gael. In the 44th minute Mateo Gartzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Marz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Arixo in the 48th minute of play forced Poderoso Gael's goalkeeper Melquiades Nabar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mateo Gartzi made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Hercules Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eulalio Salomon to maneuver through the defense. Mateo Gartzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Mateo Marz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mateo Marz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Gartzi in the 59th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the game, Mateo Gartzi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Mateo Marz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Gartzi in the 62nd minute of play forced Hercules Fc's goalkeeper Mateo Marz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Venancio Laurendi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Poderoso Gael's supporters rose to their feet, but Venancio Laurendi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mateo Marz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 69 minutes into the match, Poderoso Gael's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Paskal came free, but Melquiades Nabar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 70 minutes, Venancio Laurendi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Poderoso Gael's supporters crossed their fingers, but Venancio Laurendi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 78th minute, Mateo Gartzi fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Mateo Marz, passed just outside the right post. If Venancio Laurendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venancio Laurendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Mateo Marz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 98th minute the ball was on its way in behind Poderoso Gael's goalkeeper Melquiades Nabar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Poderoso Gael left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hercules Fc.
