Nemesio Federigo helped the player get up and apologised. When the match had been going on for 24 minutes, La Tripa Loca F.C's Patricio Macerio got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Narciso Quirce. Jonas Santiago recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Patay's Narciso Quirce got control of the ball when Jonas Santiago tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jaime Bazil came out of the goal and Felix Eutropio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jaime Bazil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Lauren, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mauro Lehoi was the one to do the kick off. If Felix Eutropio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuel Lauren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Jaime Bazil made a huge save. Narciso Quirce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Santiago in the 88th minute of play. Jaime Bazil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Eutropio, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. La Tripa Loca F.C's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
