Spectators: 7236 (Terracing: 5429, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) Valentin Nicholas came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Nihuil AFC's Astor Abad. But to his dismay, Astor Abad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A well placed Basilio Jusepe short distance shot in the 15th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Astor Abad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aristides Beltza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valentin Nicholas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Astor Abad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Nicholas having to interfere. In the 25th minute Astor Abad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Nicholas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 2-1 became the score in the 27th minute when Basilio Jusepe elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 30th minute Astor Abad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Nicholas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusebio Rojelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Munio in the 37th minute of the match. Basilio Jusepe was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 47th minute. Ambos Mundos's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Astor Abad stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aristides Beltza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Nicholas having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ambos Mundos's zone, Astor Abad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentin Nicholas came out of the goal and Astor Abad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aristides Beltza got free with Valentin Nicholas in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eusebio Rojelio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basilio Jusepe, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. If Aristides Beltza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aristides Beltza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Valentin Nicholas made a huge save. A collision led to Ambos Mundos getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Pablo Lixandro hit a great ball. 79 minutes into the match, Ambos Mundos's goal looked a bit too open when Astor Abad came free, but Valentin Nicholas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Pablo Lixandro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute Nihuil AFC were awarded a corner. Ruperto Gelmiro went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Feliciano Bazil heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 86th minute of the match Matias Argenis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valentin Nicholas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gustavo Munio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Rojelio having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Nihuil AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ambos Mundos.
