Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Ariel Dominix successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Leo Quintun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Dominix having to interfere. Vilo's Efrain Luken couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 12th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Devoto Fc. Leo Quintun kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. The supporters of Devoto Fc booed when Vilo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Ekialde didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ariel Dominix stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leo Quintun's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Efrain Luken during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th minute, one of Vilo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vilo. In the 39th minute Felix Dominguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Dominix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Albano Luzea came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Devoto Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albano Luzea couldn't finish the play. Fabricio Matia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Peyo having to interfere. After the first half Devoto Fc were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Albano Luzea to make the kick off. Leo Quintun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Ariel Dominix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Cornelio Ekialde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ariel Dominix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornelio Ekialde, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute.
