After a defensive mix-up in Poderoso Gael's zone, Albano Luzea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Nabar came out of the goal and Albano Luzea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Poderoso Gael's Melquiades Nabar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabricio Matia in the 80th minute of play. Melquiades Nabar came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Devoto Fc's Fabricio Matia. But to his dismay, Fabricio Matia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 92nd match minute, Poderoso Gael was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Roldanillo to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute of the match Leonel Berenguer sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Melquiades Nabar skillfully saved the ball. Devoto Fc's Albano Luzea got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Devoto Fc's Fabricio Matia in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Poderoso Gael's goalie prevented a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Devoto Fc had played much better football throughout.
