The penalty shot was made by Clemente Nahia, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Muñecos Toy's Edgard Mede. 1-0. A collision led to Patay getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Nemesio Federigo hit a great ball. In the 30th minute Jacobo Lizer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Quirce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgard Mede didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernardo Hernando went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. A hard shot by Nemesio Federigo from long distance, 47 minutes into the match, got Edgard Mede's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Edgard Mede was out of position in the 49 minute of play, and Emanuel Lauren capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Emanuel Lauren really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Felix Eutropio to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Muñecos Toy's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Lauren came free, but Edgard Mede reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgard Mede showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Eutropio, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Jordi Irureta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Quirce having to interfere. Patay's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
