Pablo Lixandro kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Mateo Gartzi took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valentin Nicholas. Valentin Nicholas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Mateo Gartzi hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Basilio Jusepe in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melquiades Nabar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 24 played minutes Ambos Mundos got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Lixandro. In the 25th minute Mateo Gartzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Nicholas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentin Nicholas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Venancio Laurendi in the 26th minute. 32 minutes in the game, Mateo Gartzi fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Valentin Nicholas having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Gartzi in the 35th minute of play forced Ambos Mundos's goalkeeper Valentin Nicholas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mateo Gartzi to make the kick off. After 52 minutes, Mateo Gartzi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Poderoso Gael and the Ambos Mundos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mateo Gartzi hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Mateo Gartzi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valentin Nicholas having to make a save. Ambos Mundos's Valentin Nicholas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Laurendi in the 56th minute of play. Mateo Gartzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Valentin Nicholas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
