Spectators: 7275 (Terracing: 5458, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) Mateo Gartzi started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Muñecos Toy's Edgard Mede proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Muñecos Toy from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Luis Roldanillo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edgard Mede. That made the score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. Venancio Laurendi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Edgard Mede firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 13th minute, Damaso Peter sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Muñecos Toy's Edgard Mede didn't even have to move. In the 14th minute of the match, Mateo Gartzi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Edgard Mede saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Poderoso Gael's Melquiades Nabar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Lizer in the 16th minute of play. Venancio Laurendis short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Edgard Mede to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Muñecos Toy getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Cornelio Egun hit a great ball. After 32 played minutes Muñecos Toy got a freekick which was hit by Cornelio Egun. Edgard Mede made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Gartzi in the 35th minute of play. Jacobo Lizer took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melquiades Nabar. Melquiades Nabar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Edgard Mede made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Omar Macerio sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd minute of the match, Mateo Gartzi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Edgard Mede saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Edgard Mede made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Omar Macerio sent off a good shot on target. Venancio Laurendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Edgard Mede tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgard Mede was a little too slow when Mateo Gartzi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 48th minute. The score was now 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jacobo Lizer was the one to do the kick off. If Jacobo Lizer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th match minute, Poderoso Gael was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Guter to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Natalio Guter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacobo Lizer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melquiades Nabar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Jordi Irureta charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jordi Irureta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jordi Irureta kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Flavio Rivero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Muñecos Toy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. 77 minutes into the game, Zé Carlos Almeida was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Muñecos Toy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Poderoso Gael the free kick. After 77 played minutes Muñecos Toy got a freekick which was hit by Zé Carlos Almeida. In the 78th minute, Omar Macerio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacobo Lizer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Melquiades Nabar made a huge save. Edgard Mede showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateo Gartzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacobo Lizer in the 99th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melquiades Nabar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Poderoso Gael had played much better football throughout.
