Siro Ler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Herminio Frederik in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Siro Ler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 11 minutes of play, CLUB ATLETICO BELGRANO's Herminio Frederik made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Siro Ler was left in no man's land by his defense there! Herminio Frederik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 20 minutes, Haroldo Rosio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CLUB ATLETICO BELGRANO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Haroldo Rosio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21st minute, Herminio Frederik made a precise shot to the right of Siro Ler. F.C Buenos Aires's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In a very dangerous position, a player in F.C Buenos Aires fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 34th minute. Penalty! Siro Ler had in the 35thth minute some difficulties stopping Haroldo Rosio's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 38thth minute of the game Herminio Frederik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C Buenos Aires's Siro Ler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 39th minute, Haroldo Rosio made a precise shot to the right of Siro Ler. F.C Buenos Aires's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. In the 43rd minute, F.C Buenos Aires's Clemente Phelipe dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. The audience was convinced that Haroldo Rosio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Siro Ler was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Clemente Phelipe to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, CLUB ATLETICO BELGRANO's Haroldo Rosio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Siro Ler narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Haroldo Rosio came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the CLUB ATLETICO BELGRANO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haroldo Rosio couldn't finish the play. F.C Buenos Aires's Siro Ler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Rosio in the 60th minute of play. Herminio Frederik blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Siro Ler having to make a save. In the 69th minute Haroldo Rosio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Ler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Haroldo Rosio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 80 minutes into the match, F.C Buenos Aires's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Rosio came free, but Siro Ler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dalmacio Fagildo hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Siro Ler came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by CLUB ATLETICO BELGRANO's Herminio Frederik. But to his dismay, Herminio Frederik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Haroldo Rosio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Siro Ler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CLUB ATLETICO BELGRANO played a much better game than F.C Buenos Aires and deserved their victory. The F.C Buenos Aires players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
