In a very dangerous position, a player in Redondo AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 17th minute. Penalty! When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Nestor Marquez put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Tadeo Beltza. Paulino Hernandez struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Augusto Mitxel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Estudiantes de La Plata. Tadeo Beltza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mario Garaile's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. With a little luck, Estudiantes de La Plata's Tadeo Beltza got control of the ball when Nestor Marquez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Augusto Mitxel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Donostia in the 39th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Pedro Naldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucio Cordara struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. The supporters of Estudiantes de La Plata booed when Redondo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Hotz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Norberto Donostia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Mitxel having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nestor Marquez in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tadeo Beltza saved Estudiantes de La Plata from getting behind. Tadeo Beltza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Marquez in the 77th minute of the match. In the 79th match minute, Redondo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigio Tome to maneuver through the defense. Laureano Ferrando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
