Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Clemente Phelipe made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of F.C Buenos Aires booed when Colon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Norino didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the game, Natalio Mazuste cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Rodolfo Txilar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Colon getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Hipolito Norino hit a great ball. Victoriano Beltxe took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rodolfo Txilar. Colon's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Edgardo Muc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Siro Ler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Nahia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute Edgardo Muc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Ler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Natalio Mazuste fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Txilar having to interfere. Anastasio Frederik hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Clemente Phelipe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Nahia in the 44th minute of play forced F.C Buenos Aires's goalkeeper Siro Ler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Nahia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siro Ler having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Edgardo Muc made the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes F.C Buenos Aires's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Teodosio Edur who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Colon's Angelo Ekhi getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. When Edgardo Muc came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Colon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgardo Muc couldn't finish the play. Rodolfo Txilar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Phelipe, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Pedro Nahia scored 1-3 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Siro Ler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Siro Ler came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Colon's Pedro Nahia. But to his dismay, Pedro Nahia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. After 79 played minutes Colon got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Saturnin. Clemente Phelipe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgardo Muc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the match, Colon's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Phelipe came free, but Rodolfo Txilar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90 minutes Colon's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Victoriano Beltxe who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Victoriano Beltxe got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rodolfo Txilar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, F.C Buenos Aires's Siro Ler got control of the ball when Pedro Nahia tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Natalio Mazuste managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C Buenos Aires's supporters rose to their feet, but Natalio Mazuste was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodolfo Txilar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Colon could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than F.C Buenos Aires throughout the match.
