Lucas Baladi started the match with the kick off. Felipe Theodore charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felipe Theodore the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Juventud Mierdastica FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Felipe Theodore hit a great ball. Anier Amaya took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Clodoveo Rivero. Juventud Mierdastica FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 6th minute Lucas Baladi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Rivero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas Baladi struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Clodoveo Rivero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jauretche. The audience was convinced that Zacarias Berriotxoa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Clodoveo Rivero was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. During the 12th minute of the match Felipe Theodore completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Felipe Theodore a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Juventud Mierdastica FC's Felipe Theodore got a free kick in the 13th minute. Anier Amaya took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Clodoveo Rivero. Juventud Mierdastica FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Jauretche fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Jauretche's Zacarias Berriotxoa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Clodoveo Rivero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Baladi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jauretche's Zacarias Berriotxoa in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Juventud Mierdastica FC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucas Baladi in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clodoveo Rivero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Baladi in the 27th minute of play forced Juventud Mierdastica FC's goalkeeper Clodoveo Rivero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Baladi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Clodoveo Rivero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Abel Garaona's late challenge caught a Jauretche's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abel Garaona helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Juventud Mierdastica FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Abel Garaona hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, Jauretche's Lucas Baladi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Clodoveo Rivero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Jauretche's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Evaristo Quin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 34 minutes, Zacarias Berriotxoa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jauretche's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zacarias Berriotxoa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucas Baladi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Jauretche's Zacarias Berriotxoa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Clodoveo Rivero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Clodoveo Rivero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Baladi in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Evaristo Quin to strike the kick off in the second half. Zacarias Berriotxoa charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zacarias Berriotxoa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a little luck, Juventud Mierdastica FC's Clodoveo Rivero got control of the ball when Zacarias Berriotxoa tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Jauretche booed when Juventud Mierdastica FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anier Maldonado didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Lucio Reyes fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Juventud Mierdastica FC's protests and gave Lucio Reyes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 61st match minute, Juventud Mierdastica FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucio Reyes to maneuver through the defense. If Evaristo Quin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ernesto Senio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evaristo Quin, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Zacarias Berriotxoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Clodoveo Rivero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zacarias Berriotxoa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Clodoveo Rivero skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ruperto Fernanco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clodoveo Rivero having to interfere. Rodolfo Lizbeth's late challenge caught a Jauretche's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodolfo Lizbeth helped the player get up and apologised. In the 84th minute, Rodolfo Lizbeth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juventud Mierdastica FC's Clodoveo Rivero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Juventud Mierdastica FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Jauretche booed when Juventud Mierdastica FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Reyes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zacarias Berriotxoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Jauretche supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Jauretche would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
