Spectators: 7222 (Terracing: 5418, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) Bruno Salvator made the kick off and thus started the match. Isaias Perez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulises Odol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Otsoko in the 8th minute of play forced Igor FC's goalkeeper Cornelio Luken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11thth minute of the game Bruno Salvator who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Penguins's Isaias Perez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Penguins's goal looked a bit too open when Ulises Odol came free, but Isaias Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Penguins's Cesar Medina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cornelio Luken narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 20 minutes into the game, Javier Hechter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Igor FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Penguins the free kick. In the 20th minute, Javier Hechter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cesar Medina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Cornelio Luken made a huge save. Igor FC's Cornelio Luken proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Igor FC from getting a goal against them. Isaias Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Salvator in the 26th minute of play. Cornelio Luken made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cesar Medina in the 28th minute. If Cesar Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Cornelio Luken successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Isaias Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Peio in the 34th minute of play. Bruno Salvator fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaias Perez having to interfere. Ulises Odol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulises Odol in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isaias Perez saved Penguins from getting behind. In the 43rd minute Bruno Salvator shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaias Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Cornelio Luken came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Penguins's Cesar Medina. But to his dismay, Cesar Medina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 68 played minutes Penguins got a freekick which was hit by Roque Goyo. Ulises Odol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Igor FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Jesus Otsando hit a great ball. In the 75thth minute of the game Carolo Otsoko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Igor FC's Cornelio Luken was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Ulises Odol got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ulises Odol struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Isaias Perez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Igor FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Cesar Medina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Penguins's supporters rose to their feet, but Cesar Medina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cornelio Luken breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Nicanor Cidro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cornelio Luken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carolo Otsoko, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Igor FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
