Casimiro Ekhi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Pirmin in the 3rd minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Colon de San Justo's Joel Telmo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christian Guerrero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Casimiro Ekhi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Santo in the 14th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Casimiro Marino in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christian Guerrero saved Zapla AFC from getting behind. After 21 played minutes Colon de San Justo got a freekick which was hit by Anibal Enetz. Casimiro Ekhi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomero Santo in the 27th minute of play. Baldomero Santo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 32 played minutes Colon de San Justo got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Espiridion. If Felipe Pirmin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Colon de San Justo's Casimiro Ekhi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Santo in the 39th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Zapla AFC's Baldomero Santo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baldomero Santo to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Felipe Pirmin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zapla AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Pirmin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 54th minute of the match, Joel Telmo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Christian Guerrero was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Colon de San Justo's Felix Firme shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 60th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Christian Guerrero but with some difficulty. Christian Guerrero didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 63rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. If Joel Telmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute of the match, Casimiro Marino tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Christian Guerrero saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 70th minute of the match Anibal Enetz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christian Guerrero showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Casimiro Marino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 74 minutes, Baldomero Santo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
