Paolo Satordi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute, Paolo Satordi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Angastaco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Mario Quirce hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After 26 minutes, Ciro Abeitia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santa FC and the Angastaco players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 26th match minute, Santa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Abeitia to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Santa FC's Mario Quirce got a free kick in the 27th minute. Angastaco's Pablo Gaizko couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 28th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Santa FC. The audience was convinced that Paolo Satordi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carmelo Silbestre was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Jeraldo in the 53rd minute of play forced Angastaco's goalkeeper Gaudencio Rafel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carmelo Silbestre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Henrico in the 57th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Santa FC's Cosme Pacho got a free kick in the 58th minute. Pablo Gaizko, 59 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Justino Llorienzo's late challenge caught a Angastaco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Justino Llorienzo helped the player get up and apologised. 64 minutes into the game, Angastaco's Pablo Gaizko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carmelo Silbestre made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Orlando Perpinya managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Orlando Perpinya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaudencio Rafel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carmelo Silbestre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Henrico in the 69th minute of play. Angastaco's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
