Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Javier Tonete got the match started through his kick off. Cleto Tono didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulises Odol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 7 minutes, Javier Hechter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Igor FC and the Saldungaray players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th match minute, Igor FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javier Hechter to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Paulo Abajas from long distance, 8 minutes into the match, got Cornelio Luken's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Javier Tonete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Luken having to interfere. Ulises Odol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Higinio Frechoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Moises Jax took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Higinio Frechoso. Saldungaray's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Igor FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Desiderio Eliazar hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, Arnoldo Sanson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cornelio Luken. Igor FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnoldo Sanson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Arnoldo Sanson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Luken having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Javier Tonete in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cornelio Luken saved Igor FC from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnoldo Sanson got free with Cornelio Luken in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Igor FC's zone, Javier Tonete stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cornelio Luken came out of the goal and Javier Tonete tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bruno Salvator to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Tonete in the 52nd minute of play forced Igor FC's goalkeeper Cornelio Luken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Javier Tonete ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cornelio Luken was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Javier Tonete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the match, Igor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cleto Tono came free, but Cornelio Luken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Salvator fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Frechoso having to interfere. 79 minutes into the game, Cleto Tono was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saldungaray's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Igor FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Saldungaray's Cleto Tono got a free kick in the 79th minute. Moises Jax was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 80th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Saldungaray's Javier Tonete got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cornelio Luken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnoldo Sanson in the 86th minute of the match. Arnoldo Sanson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Arnoldo Sanson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cornelio Luken was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Ulises Odol got in the 95th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Higinio Frechoso handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Saldungaray's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
