After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Generoso Guerrero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Líbano's supporters rose to their feet, but Generoso Guerrero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaudencio Rafel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Angastaco's Gaudencio Rafel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Angastaco from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Angastaco's Gaudencio Rafel got control of the ball when Placido Abeita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Líbano's Wilfredo Richie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Henrico in the 26th minute of play. After having played for 28 minutes, Paolo Satordi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Angastaco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paolo Satordi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Placido Abeita struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Gaudencio Rafel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Líbano. Placido Abeita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaudencio Rafel having to interfere. Wilfredo Richie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paolo Satordi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Wilfredo Richie, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Paolo Satordi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Wilfredo Richie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Jesus Henrico fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Wilfredo Richie, passed just outside the right post. Wilfredo Richie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paolo Satordi went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 68th match minute, Líbano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Placido Abeita to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 71 minutes, Jesus Henrico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Angastaco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesus Henrico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 76th minute Placido Abeita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Rafel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jesus Henrico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 83 minutes into the game, Candido Oihenarte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Líbano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Angastaco the free kick. Clodoveo Unai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Paolo Satordi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfredo Richie having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Angastaco walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
