The referee ignored Meseta FC's protests and gave Ramon Leheren a yellow card for diving instead. Ramon Leheren hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oscar Polentzi got free with Samuel James in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 13 minutes into the match, Oscar Polentzi notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Cannabis's Samuel James. Samuel James was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Meseta FC's Oscar Polentzi got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 17th match minute, Meseta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Geleberto to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Tomás Saturnin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cannabis's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomás Saturnin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simon Fe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Cannabis booed when Meseta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramon Leheren didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Luis Gaizko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Meseta FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cannabis the free kick. Luis Gaizko hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute Rogelio Gomesano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Fe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cannabis's Tomás Saturnin managed to work through Meseta FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Tomás Saturnin dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Marcelo Geleberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Marcelo Geleberto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Samuel James was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Marcelo Geleberto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The wind increased when Marcelo Geleberto made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes, Meseta FC's Marcial Garin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Samuel James came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Meseta FC reached it. In the 58th minute, Marcelo Geleberto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Samuel James showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Polentzi in the 61st minute of the match. After 64 played minutes Cannabis got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Errando. Humberto Errando took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Simon Fe. Meseta FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Oscar Polentzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Samuel James showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Polentzi in the 77th minute of the match. Tomás Saturnin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Fe having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Meseta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Saturnin came free, but Simon Fe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Gaizko got his second yellow card in the match during the 88th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Samuel James showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Polentzi in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Oscar Polentzi made a precise shot to the right of Samuel James. Cannabis's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0.
