With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erasmo Obano in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruben Galoer saved Arquitectos F.C from getting behind. A collision led to Arquitectos F.C getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Vicente Remigio hit a great ball. Sergio Ponciano, 16 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Florencio Avellaneda charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florencio Avellaneda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Formosa booed when Arquitectos F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florencio Avellaneda didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Erasmo Obano came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Formosa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erasmo Obano couldn't finish the play. Ruben Galoer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Obano, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Ruben Galoer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Obano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute, Vicente Remigio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 24 minutes, Erasmo Obano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manuel Sendoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Quico, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Ruben Galoer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Formosa. Ruben Galoer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erasmo Obano in the 61st minute of the match. Virgilio Chepe succeeded in the game's 63rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Florencio Avellaneda kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 75 minutes, Ruben Galoer successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Gustavo Bernat kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Manuel Sendoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Quico in the 96th minute of the match. The Formosa supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Formosa would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
