When Genaro Jordy fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arquitectos F.C's protests and gave Genaro Jordy a yellow card for diving instead. The referee gave Sarmiento a penalty, 11 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bernardo Tajo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Arquitectos F.C's Ruben Galoer. 0-1. Victorio Locaio made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Teo Deunoro sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Quico in the 17th minute of play forced Sarmiento's goalkeeper Victorio Locaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adan George's late challenge caught a Arquitectos F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adan George helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Sarmiento's Adan George got a free kick in the 18th minute. Teo Deunoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arquitectos F.C's Conrado Quico got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, Sarmiento's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Quico came free, but Victorio Locaio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adan George kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Florencio Avellaneda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victorio Locaio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Quico, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Conrado Quico received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Victorio Locaio came out and tried to block the shot, but Conrado Quico slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 38th minute. Leo Colas hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Conrado Quico to make the kick off. Teo Deunoro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Conrado Quico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorio Locaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Quico in the 58th minute of the match. Adan George was shown his second yellow card after 59 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Sarmiento getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Adan George hit a great ball. If Conrado Quico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Benjamin Rosalio could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Ruben Galoer however easily saved by the left post. Teo Deunoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
