Epifanio Txindoki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Florian in the 13th minute of play. When Jonas Jeraldo came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Helvecia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonas Jeraldo couldn't finish the play. Jorge Urtis short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Humberto Kiliz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jorge Urti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Humberto Kiliz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Helvecia's Jonas Jeraldo in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Unzué's goalie prevented a goal. In the 25th minute, Saul Gaueko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th play minute Jorge Urti came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Humberto Kiliz. 1-0. Jonas Jeraldo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Humberto Kiliz having to make a save. If Jonas Jeraldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Humberto Kiliz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonas Jeraldo's shot from short distance in the 35th minute.

After 52 played minutes Unzué got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Batista. After a defensive mix-up in Unzué's zone, Jorge Urti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Humberto Kiliz came out of the goal and Jorge Urti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Manuel Tuste blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Humberto Kiliz having to make a save. Humberto Kiliz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Tuste in the 56th minute of the match. Vladimiro Jobo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 65 minutes, Vladimiro Jobo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unzué's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimiro Jobo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Epifanio Txindoki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Florian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Jeraldo in the 69th minute of play forced Unzué's goalkeeper Humberto Kiliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Jonas Jeraldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Humberto Kiliz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Urti, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Jorge Urti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severiano Playo kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Benicio Rodas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Epifanio Txindoki. Helvecia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Jonas Jeraldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Saul Gaueko fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Unzué's protests and gave Saul Gaueko a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Unzué getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Saul Gaueko hit a great ball. Edelmiro Bertol was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 95th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Helvecia were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Unzué for a fine match.
