Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ñorquín's Martin Lluis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Lisandro Eguzki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 5 minutes into the game, Amancio Gipuzkoa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ñorquín's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rafaela the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ñorquín's Amancio Gipuzkoa got a free kick in the 5th minute. After 7 played minutes Rafaela got a freekick which was hit by Paulino Silviano. Paulino Silviano charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulino Silviano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Rafaela's Paulino Silviano got a free kick in the 8th minute. Maximo Caitano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ermegildo Emenon having to make a save. Amancio Gipuzkoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Emenon having to interfere. In the 16th match minute, Rafaela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elpidio Fidele to maneuver through the defense. Federico Araoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Jerardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Javier Laurendi charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Javier Laurendi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ñorquín getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Javier Laurendi hit a great ball. Leo Raymundo struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Federico Araoz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rafaela. 32 minutes into the game, Lisandro Eguzki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Caitano in the 39th minute of play forced Rafaela's goalkeeper Ermegildo Emenon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amancio Gipuzkoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ermegildo Emenon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martin Lluis got free with Ermegildo Emenon in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leo Raymundo was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Rafaela's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Lluis came free, but Ermegildo Emenon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute, Lisandro Eguzki made a precise shot to the right of Ermegildo Emenon. Rafaela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. If Amancio Gipuzkoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ermegildo Emenon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Lluis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elpidio Fidele got his second yellow card in the match during the 67th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Ñorquín's Rosendo Hegoi was substituted for Amancio Gipuzkoa. After 69 played minutes Rafaela got a freekick which was hit by Elpidio Fidele. Maximo Caitano struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ñorquín's zone, Dionisio Natanael stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Federico Araoz came out of the goal and Dionisio Natanael tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ermegildo Emenon came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Ñorquín's Martin Lluis. But to his dismay, Martin Lluis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Ermegildo Emenon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Lluis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87thth minute of the game Lisandro Eguzki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rafaela's Ermegildo Emenon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Rosendo Hegoi came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Ñorquín fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rosendo Hegoi couldn't finish the play. Ermegildo Emenon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosendo Hegoi in the 89th minute of play. Maximo Caitano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
