Celso Lluterio kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Emanuel Hotz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aldo Richie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josué Quintela in the 28th minute of play. After 40 minutes of play, Magic FC's Josué Quintela made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aldo Richie was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

51 minutes into the game, Adrian Ascencio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Magic FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hernández FC the free kick. In the 54th minute, Feliberto Cordarrol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Josué Quintela who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Aldo Richie when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Victoriano Cisco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aldo Richie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rdth minute of the game Josué Quintela who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hernández FC's Aldo Richie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 64th minute of the game. One of Magic FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hernández FC:s goal. Josué Quintela struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Aldo Richie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Magic FC. After a defensive mix-up in Hernández FC's zone, Rodolfo Astrada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aldo Richie came out of the goal and Rodolfo Astrada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aldo Richie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josué Quintela, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Victoriano Cisco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Richie having to interfere. A collision led to Magic FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Victoriano Cisco hit a great ball. Fabian Herensuge took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gregorio James. Gregorio James dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
