Rodolfo Berdoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Quilino having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anibal Quirce during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 10 played minutes Criaturitas del Señor got a freekick which was hit by Anibal Quirce. In the 14th minute Rodolfo Berdoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Quilino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Rodolfo Berdoi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dario Quilino. That made the score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. With his leg Dario Quilino managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Tambillo's Antonio Guzman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 29 minutes into the match, Criaturitas del Señor's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Berdoi came free, but Dario Quilino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Melquiades Fernado in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valentin Theobald prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 33 minutes into the game, Fernando Senon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tambillo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Criaturitas del Señor the free kick. Fernando Senon hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. If Antonio Guzman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Tambillo's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Matthew came free, but Valentin Theobald reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodolfo Berdoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
