After 24 minutes, Rodrigo Gaxan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hernández FC and the Pozancón players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 24th minute, Rodrigo Gaxan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celso Lluterio's late challenge caught a Pozancón's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celso Lluterio helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Hernández FC's Celso Lluterio got a free kick in the 29th minute. Ronaldo Cavia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliberto Cordarrol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Leonardo Lartaun took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Aldo Richie to make any attempt to save it. In the 43rd minute, Leonardo Lartaun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elias Santio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Leonardo Lartaun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 47 played minutes Hernández FC got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Sayveon. The corner ended in Dionisio Terciero almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hernández FC's Aldo Richie did a great save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Feliberto Cordarrol stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Pozancón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amerigo Patrizi to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Feliberto Cordarrol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hernández FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliberto Cordarrol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ronaldo Cavia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pozancón's Leonardo Lartaun got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th minute, Elias Santio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aldo Richie was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Leonardo Lartaun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Aldo Richie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celso Lluterio got his second yellow card in the match during the 74th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Hernández FC's Celso Lluterio got a free kick in the 74th minute. Ceferino Sayveon tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Aldo Richie. An unnecessary self made goal, 3-0 in the 75th minute. After 78 minutes, Aureliano Niva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pozancón and the Hernández FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aureliano Niva kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Dionisio Terciero kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Fabian Herensuge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ronaldo Cavia came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Hernández FC's Fabian Herensuge. But to his dismay, Fabian Herensuge quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After some careless play in the Hernández FC defense, Leonardo Lartaun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aldo Richie. The Hernández FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aldo Richie should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pozancón fully deserved thier win.
