When Delmar Orlan fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maipú's protests and gave Delmar Orlan a yellow card for diving instead. Delmar Orlan hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Ronyfc12's Hernan Hats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Tuste in the 6th minute of play. Ronyfc12's supporters rose to their feet, but Zacarias Escobar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zacarias Escobar in the 16th minute of play forced Maipú's goalkeeper Danilo Dominguez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Zacarias Escobar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ronyfc12's supporters rose to their feet, but Zacarias Escobar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danilo Dominguez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With an all-out effort, Ronyfc12's Danilo Dominguez threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Inocencio Esiquio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Americo Bemabe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Alejo Bihar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hernan Hats. Ronyfc12's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alejo Bihar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 36th match minute, Ronyfc12 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horacio Urre to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute Delmar Orlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Hats saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zacarias Escobar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Dominguez having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zacarias Escobar was the one to do the kick off. Ronyfc12's Hernan Hats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejo Bihar in the 55th minute of play. After 61 played minutes Maipú got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Orlan. In the 63rd minute of the match Abelardo Froylan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Danilo Dominguez skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Maipú booed when Ronyfc12 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abelardo Froylan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Delmar Orlan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With 77 minutes on the clock, Mario Valente commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ronyfc12! Denis Rodmann walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Zacarias Escobar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Atilano Inautzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 85 minutes into the match, Zacarias Escobar notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Maipú's Danilo Dominguez. Danilo Dominguez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 93rd minute Zacarias Escobar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Dominguez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inocencio Esiquio scored 2-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Danilo Dominguez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ronyfc12 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
