Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Manchester City's Osvaldo Mark started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Blas Esdras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Blas Esdras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 6 minutes into the game, Osvaldo Mark was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manchester City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tortugas the free kick. A collision led to Manchester City getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Osvaldo Mark hit a great ball. Cornelio Grabiel's late challenge caught a Tortugas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cornelio Grabiel helped the player get up and apologised. Cornelio Grabiel hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After having played for 12 minutes, Osvaldo Mark managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osvaldo Mark was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th minute Osvaldo Mark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Pueblo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Manchester City booed when Tortugas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apolo Sauveur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Blas Esdras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Diego Abilio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Apolo Sauveur kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. The Tortugas fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Tortugas's Blas Esdras looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Benito Florin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Pueblo having to interfere. Silvestre Pueblo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Mark in the 34th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Manchester City's zone, Blas Esdras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Abilio came out of the goal and Blas Esdras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diego Abilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Esdras in the 40th minute of the match. After 42 played minutes Manchester City got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Frutos. Silvestre Pueblo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Mark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Blas Esdras made a kick off. Diego Abilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Esdras in the 54th minute of the match. Blas Esdras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Abilio having to interfere. A collision led to Manchester City getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Gustavo Enaut hit a great ball. In the 58th minute Blas Esdras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Abilio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvaldo Mark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Pueblo having to interfere. In the 61st match minute, Manchester City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Mark to maneuver through the defense. Teofilo Roldanillo struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Diego Abilio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tortugas. When Ovidio Perpinya came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Tortugas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ovidio Perpinya couldn't finish the play. 70 minutes into the match, Tortugas's goalkeeper Silvestre Pueblo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benito Florin. Silvestre Pueblo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Mark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute Teofilo Roldanillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Abilio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diego Abilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Esdras, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After 80 minutes, Gustavo Enaut mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manchester City and the Tortugas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st minute, Gustavo Enaut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The corner led to Tortugas's Teofilo Roldanillo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 85th minute, Blas Esdras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gustavo Enaut hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Diego Abilio came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Tortugas's Blas Esdras. But to his dismay, Blas Esdras quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Anastasio Herensuge kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
