After having played for 32 minutes, Blas Esdras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tortugas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blas Esdras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Blas Esdras struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Carolo Palben didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tortugas. The wind increased when Valentin Celino made the kick off in the second half. Tortugas's Ovidio Perpinya got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Escuela Tortuga's zone, Teofilo Roldanillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carolo Palben came out of the goal and Teofilo Roldanillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carolo Palben made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Anastasio Herensuge sent off a good shot on target. Ovidio Perpinya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Carolo Palben tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Valentin Celino made a precise shot to the right of Silvestre Pueblo. Tortugas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Gavino Donzel charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
