In the 44thth minute of the game Vladimiro Txatxu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guardaparque's Evelio Xabier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teobaldo Bazil stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Evelio Xabier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimiro Txatxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guardaparque's Reynaldo Merexildo got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jeronimo Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
