But to his dismay, Casimiro Olivar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Robustiano Marko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Ávalos getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Casimiro Olivar hit a great ball. In the 27th minute of the match Isidoro Beat sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ariel Toli skillfully saved the ball. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ávalos's goalkeeper Ariel Toli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 31 minutes into the match, Ávalos's goalkeeper Ariel Toli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robustiano Marko. Esteban Mazuste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Qwinton, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Haroldo Cheche during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ávalos booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haroldo Cheche didn't get a good kick on the ball.
