Humberto Medina struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Ariel Toli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alexander Video Club. If Humberto Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erubiel Tulio charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erubiel Tulio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The crowd rose to their feet as Humberto Medina kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ariel Toli. That made the score 0-6 in the 80 minute of play. If Humberto Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Horacio Leoncio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Toli having to interfere. After 86 played minutes Ávalos got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Valerio. Ariel Toli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jedrzej Scigan in the 89th minute. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Alexander Video Club's goalkeeper Cornelio Jatsu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Humberto Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Alexander Video Club getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Gilberto Odol hit a great ball. Aurelio Perpinya took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 97th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cornelio Jatsu. Alexander Video Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match was over Alexander Video Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ávalos throughout the match.
