An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Innocenzio in the 25th minute of play forced Pueblito AFC's goalkeeper Gavino Arias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Chale hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Gavino Arias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Innocenzio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Modesto Confesor fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Delicia's protests and gave Modesto Confesor a yellow card for diving instead. The Pueblito AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Delicia's performance. The match ended with a win for Delicia.
