In the 13th minute, Isidoro Beat sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pueblito AFC's Gavino Arias didn't even have to move. Esteban Mazuste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Froilan George in the 20th minute of play. Esteban Mazuste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan George, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Froilan George in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Esteban Mazuste prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gavino Arias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 44 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Naelio came free, but Esteban Mazuste reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute, Nunez Lawrence got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adrian Goizeder to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Pueblito AFC's zone, Nunez Lawrence stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavino Arias came out of the goal and Nunez Lawrence tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute, Adrian Goizeder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aurelio Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After having played for 59 minutes, Nunez Lawrence managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racing Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nunez Lawrence was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gavino Arias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nunez Lawrence in the 66th minute of the match. Nunez Lawrence received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Gavino Arias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Froilan George charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Froilan George the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Froilan George hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Filomeno Cai hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Isidoro Beat took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gavino Arias. Pueblito AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Racing Club getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Adrian Goizeder hit a great ball. Pueblito AFC's Gavino Arias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Goizeder in the 79th minute of play. Adrian Goizeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavino Arias having to interfere. Romeo Naelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baldomero Abalos's late challenge caught a Pueblito AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baldomero Abalos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 90th minute, Baldomero Abalos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Romeo Naelio came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Pueblito AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeo Naelio couldn't finish the play. After 95 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Robustiano Marko. In the 96th minute, Romeo Naelio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
