Modesto Paz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Rayo Futbol Club getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Rene Buinton hit a great ball. Mariano Javiero struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Conrado Reno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patoruzu Fulbo Clu. Prudencio Iago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Paz in the 13th minute of the match. Modesto Paz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Prudencio Iago came out and tried to block the shot, but Modesto Paz slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 16th minute. In the 27th minute, Rene Buinton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Orlando Evarado struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Prudencio Iago didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rayo Futbol Club. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Modesto Paz in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Prudencio Iago prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Everardo Tohias might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Conrado Reno. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Everardo Tohias ran back to his position shaking his head. Mariano Javiero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Conrado Reno having to make a save. If Everardo Tohias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Everardo Tohias to strike the kick off in the second half. Patoruzu Fulbo Clu's Mariano Javiero got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Conrado Reno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Tohias in the 60th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Everardo Tohias fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Conrado Reno, passed just outside the right post. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Everardo Tohias took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Conrado Reno to make any attempt to save it. Everardo Tohias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Patoruzu Fulbo Clu booed when Rayo Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Buinton didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Everardo Tohias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dalmacio Aritza charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dalmacio Aritza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mariano Javiero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Conrado Reno was a little too slow when Everardo Tohias got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 1-3. If Mariano Javiero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Everardo Tohias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Patoruzu Fulbo Clu's supporters rose to their feet, but Everardo Tohias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Conrado Reno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Conrado Reno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Tohias in the 91st minute of play. If Mariano Javiero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Rayo Futbol Club's goalkeeper Conrado Reno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Javiero.
