Prudencio Iago stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hugo Muc's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. After having played for 33 minutes, Hugo Muc managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bernardino Rivadavia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Muc was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernardino Rivadavia's Filiberto Ireno got his second yellow card of the match in the 37th minute. The referee ordered Filiberto Ireno off the ground. After a rather tough play, Bernardino Rivadavia's Filiberto Ireno got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute Mariano Javiero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Cibran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Bernardino Rivadavia's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Tohias came free, but Santo Cibran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Everardo Tohias was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Everardo Tohias in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santo Cibran saved Bernardino Rivadavia from getting behind. Santo Cibran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Tohias in the 56th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Everardo Tohias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Patoruzu Fulbo Clu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 74 minutes, Augusto Jobo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Patoruzu Fulbo Clu and the Bernardino Rivadavia players grew even worse after the yellow card. Patoruzu Fulbo Clu's Prudencio Iago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulgencio Lluc in the 81st minute of play. If Dalmacio Polo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Everardo Tohias came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Patoruzu Fulbo Clu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Everardo Tohias couldn't finish the play. After 96 played minutes Everardo Tohias rounded Bernardino Rivadavia's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. The Patoruzu Fulbo Clu supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Patoruzu Fulbo Clu would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
