Pastor Azeari ran back to his position shaking his head. Pastor Azeari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Julian Javiero managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Los Faisanes's Gustavo Garaile fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lisandro Isadore stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pastor Azeari's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. In the 31st match minute, Los Faisanes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Ezkerra to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Viator in the 34th minute of play forced Los Faisanes's goalkeeper Lisandro Isadore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anastasio Bixintxo kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Felix Viator's late challenge caught a Los Faisanes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felix Viator helped the player get up and apologised. Felix Viator hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Segundo Bembe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Julian Javiero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind matadores fc's goalkeeper Julian Javiero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Segundo Bembe made the kick off in the second half. Segundo Bembe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Herminio Ezkerra in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julian Javiero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Segundo Bembe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Julian Javiero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lisandro Isadore was a little too slow when Felix Viator got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 1-3. Herminio Ezkerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Los Faisanes supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching matadores fc's performance. The match ended with a win for matadores fc.
