Spectators: 7084 (Terracing: 5422, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jacinto Oto got the match started through his kick off. Zeledon Jerrald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arsenio Godoy having to interfere. In the 7th minute of the match Alvaro Idacio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arsenio Godoy skillfully saved the ball. Arsenio Godoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Bernebe in the 9th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Bernebe in the 10th minute of play forced Duraznito FC's goalkeeper Arsenio Godoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Zeledon Jerrald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Godoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Zeledon Jerrald notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Duraznito FC's Arsenio Godoy. Arsenio Godoy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zeledon Jerrald scored 0-2 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arsenio Godoy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 40 minutes, Herminio Shepherd mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ubajay AFC and the Duraznito FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Herminio Shepherd kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Aquiles Galoer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Isidro Azeari made a huge save. Aquiles Galoer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Ubajay AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abel Bernebe made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Aquiles Galoer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Duraznito FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquiles Galoer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidro Azeari breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Duraznito FC's Aquiles Galoer got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 63 minutes of play, Duraznito FC's Aquiles Galoer made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isidro Azeari was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 71 minutes, Aquiles Galoer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Duraznito FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquiles Galoer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 74 minutes into the match, Duraznito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Bernebe came free, but Arsenio Godoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abel Bernebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arsenio Godoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Bernebe in the 84th minute of the match. Arsenio Godoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugenio Marin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arsenio Godoy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Bernebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Zeledon Jerrald recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Duraznito FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
