The Cipolletti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felipe Rocendo should have stopped the shot. Benigno Kiliz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benigno Kiliz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Leon Ireno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leon Ireno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manuel Otoniel's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 17th minute Benigno Kiliz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Ireno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipe Rocendo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Lorien in the 18th minute of play. Felipe Rocendo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Lorien, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute, Bernardo Botello got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benigno Kiliz was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute Alfonso Lorien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Rocendo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Cipolletti getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Adolfo Derwin hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Cipolletti's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Boni came free, but Felipe Rocendo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ASCO FC's Leon Ireno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benigno Kiliz in the 76th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Alfonso Lorien got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. ASCO FC's Leon Ireno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save ASCO FC from getting a goal against them. Benigno Kiliz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Cipolletti's zone, Alfonso Lorien stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felipe Rocendo came out of the goal and Alfonso Lorien tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Cipolletti players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented ASCO FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
